I can understand your concern.
Masturbation daily may harm your body but masturbation twice or thrice a week is actually good and not at all harmful.
Take a cap. Gibkoba-m once a day after meals for a month.
Have lots of greens and fruits and vegetables. High protein diet is recommended.
Do pelvic floor muscles strengthening exercises and also core strengthening exercises.
If you are a smoker, then quit smoking.
This much would be sufficient.
