I’m getting a ultrasound for high liver enzyme. Is that serious? Little nervous.

Elevated liver enzymes are suggestive of liver damage. The ultrasound is being done to check the size of the liver and to visualize the current status of the liver, so as to correlate with your liver enzyme levels and to your current symptoms(if any).
