High LFT & HEPATIC STEATOSIS GRADE 2

LFT approx 1month ago: SGOT: 65u/l (NORMAL:50) SGPT: 96u/l (NORMAL:50) ALP: 184u/l Total Bilirubin: 2.1 (normal 1.2) Bilirubin Conjugated: 0.4mg/dl (normal:0-0.2) Bilirubin unconjugated: 1.7mg/dl(normal: .3-1) Also Triglyceride: 196 Cholesterol: 192 CRP: 5.22mg/l (normal: upto 8) HbsAg & HCV non reactive. Taking Udiliv 300 & sorbiline since the lft report came abnormal, stopped taking oil, sugar & salt & any type of fatty food(except horlicks) as per guidance of a gastroenterologist.. Usg report after 15 days of Blood report: Liver: Diffused fatty change seen in parenchyma, shape, size normal. Measurement: 12.7 cm. Intra hepatic biliary channels are not dilated. Impression: 1. Diffuse hepatic steatosis grade 2 2. No obvious thickening of gb wall is seen. How severe it is? & How much time it will take to recover? Will my LFTs ever come to normal or not? Not able to see my USG report to the doctor due to lockdown. (alcohol: once or twice in a month from 2018-2019) BMI:22.6
