My son 14 year old having from yesterday morning 101-103.5 with headache, body pain no sweating,given dolo twice after that meftal p , no change

It will take time to subside Give paracetamol only thrice a day Do tapid water sponging for fever first and then give paracetamol It will subside within 5 to 7 days PLZ DONT START ANTIBIOTICS b happy :)

Did he play or remained in hot environment. Appears more like sun stroke to me.give plenty of oral fluids like water ors.other possibility is viral fever.consult a doctor soon.
