My daughter is having 39.7degree celcius fever everyday. Fever is reducing only if medicine is given, still baby is not active in play. Temperature is not going down. Only if medicines given, fever is reducing. Not eating properly, am forcefully giving her meal in liquids. Fever is there from last Thursday. From sterday she is having loose stool twice. Please advice. Blood test taken, malaria, dengue are negative.

Give enterogermina 5ml twice a day for 5 days Givel plenty of liquids it will take total 5 to 7 days to resolve if test are normal
