My 8 months daughter has high fever for last two days. Every time we give Crocin fever comes down and after it sore. Pl suggest what to do

Any other symtom with fever..like Cough and cold Loose motions Crying while passinf urinw Bloated abdomen Any skin rash Feeding difdiculty.. If not than get a Complete blood picture done Continue with crocin 6 hourly and do sponging if fever is hi..hopefuly it wl come down soon...if not than meet ur doc
