High fever, cold, running nose.

Till yesterday i was normal, only cold (running nose) was there(the mucus was watery). when i woke up today morning felt very tired, and from morning 6 AM fever is there, body it too hot, This is getting higher and becoming normal(body temperature). Didn't took any tablets, Also couldn't sit, like high temperature in ANUS. Please advise
