Hi, My husband has been suffering from a high fever of 103 for the past five days. He was taking a Dolo 650 to reduce the temperature although it didn't help. On consulting a doctor he was prescribed combiflam in case the temperature.is over 101 else a Dolo. CBC platelet count day before yesterday 93k, today 46k. Is caripill tablet recommended?
