High fever from one week, ntyphoid, malaria and dengue is negetive. In blood test found SGPT, SGOT high with high bilirubin. Hemaglobin 13.1 . Loss of appetite.

Please send the whole reports and please send blood for viral markers workup. Ultrasound liver doppler.. send INR also. When enzymes increase there will be loss of appetite... First of all for any kind of liver injury manifested by raised liver enzymes.. hydration and adequate food intake should be maintained. For further management we need these evaluation to be complete. So please send these test reports.
