Dear sir, My wife is pregnant and she suffering from dengue. Today is 6 th day and platelets is 45000 and hb is 9.03. Today she feel eatching in hand and leg.so what is the reason. And today a body temperature goes up to 100.7 then paracetamol given. Please tell and help me
