High fever after hepatitis B vaccine

My 1 yr old got vaccinated yesterday of Hepatitis B and since then he is getting high fever (103). We are giving paracetamol and cal-cam syrus but fever getting continuously coming and going. Pls here as here in germany there is no helpline on weekends. Home remodies or any international medication preferred.

Hepatitis B vaccination rarely cause fever So look for other sign of fever too If it’s only because of vaccination it will be fine in 48 hours Only paracetamol should be given Repeating every 6 hours
