High Fever 103 after my Wisdom Teeth Ext

Symptoms- High Fever 103.5, Chills, Slight Fatigue.. No Cough, No Sore Throat, No Breathlessness. Hi, Saturday 26th Jun 11.30 Am got both my wisdom tooth extracted right side (Upper and Lowe jaw) and a screw added to one the adjacent teeth for implant upper Jaw only. I got 102 Fever in the evening around 4.00 PM. Took Moxy 625 and a pain killer. Fever reduced to 99 by night. Early morning around 5.30 AM on Sunday 27th June.. Chills and High Fever 103.5. Took Moxy, Pain Killer, Paracetamol 650. Sunday entire day fever around 100. Got Blood test done.. Got CRP- 26 D Dimer- .850 RT PCR- Awaited.. Dr Sir have suggested likely Covid.. However I got Covid in Nov 2019. And then got both doses of Covaxin.. (2nd dose 3 weeks prior). Is it Covid or any Bacterial Infection??

High fever can occur after third molar extraction especially if it was a difficult extraction and u r were too stressed about it. We cant totally rule out covid - 19 too. So antigen testing or RT-PCR is a must. But for now please take one tab of Diclomol and then you can take a consultation for other advices that you might need on Practo
