My ESR is 21mm ..the max value for this was under 14 mm is it normal or high ?? Plz help

HELLO, IT'S NOT VERY HIGH. AS SUCH EXCEPT FEW CONDITION IT IS NOT IMPORTANT. IN YOUR CASE NOT AT ALL IMPORTANT. OK.
