High eosinophill count

I had recently undergone an annual health check up. All the factors have shown an improvement as compared to last year except eosinophills count. The ref range indicated is 15-550. Last year the count was 140 but this time it has shown a drastic increase to 1102. Does that needs any attendance or should i need to consult or undrrgo any further check ups for the same
