High direct Bilurubin

Today I had a liver function test my total Bilirubin is 0.8 but Direct is 0.6 and Indirect is 0.2. All other parameters checked for LFT are normal as per the report also the A/G ratio is 1.23. Is there anything serious. My triglycerides , cholesterol are also in normal. I don't have any symptoms of gall bladder related issues. Please note that the above tests are done when for a sample taken after I fasted for 12 hours. Is there anything serious?

Hello there.  I can understand your concern.  You are just coming to conclusions by yourself. I do not see any abnormality in the reports. Tge total bilirubin is well below normal and the other liver parameters are also normal, so i dont see any problem. Its a doctors job to see the reports and there is no use in you seeing the reports and getting tensed unnecessarily.  Best regards. Dr. Anil kumar jain. Bangalore.
