Hi, I am having high BP from past few days in which generally diastolic BP is mostly 90 or above 90. Systolic BP is varying from 125 to 140. Please suggest what needs to be done. Mild headache i feel sometimes and have pain in right arm ( which i am not sure is due to this ). I do have acidity and anxiety issues.
