As per the report, you have to undergo Barraige laser..Pl consult ophthalmologist at the earliest.

Proceed for barrage laser.

You need to go for barrage laser to close the hole in left retina. This is a short procedure. You should get it done at earliest. The hole can otherwise lead to retinal detachment which needs a bigger surgery.
