High Cholestrol

I recently did blood test and found Cholestrol to be 244. HDL was 37, LDL was 153 and Triglycerides were 172. Need advise on diet changes and medication to resolve problem.

Do exercises first and after 14 you fasting again repeat lipid profile if found derange then consult cardiologist
