Lipid profile triglyceride is normal but LDL is elevated. Is the report done on fasting. If the reports are done for the first time ideally you should take lifestyle management like dietary changes daily exercise 45 min to 1 hour. Avoid addiction if any, get monitored for sugars and thyroid. If this report is done for the first time ideally lifestyle modification should be tried first repeat your lipid profile fasting after six weeks if the lipids remain the same or do not respond adequately then you need to start on statins.
