High cholesterol query

I have high cholesterol (LDL-126, HDL-35). Sometimes I feel tingling in hands,legs and chest or little chest pain for around 1 minutes. Is it sign of upcoming heart diseases?. Do I need to do medical tests. My B12 is 185pg/ml and vita D3 is 20 ng/ml.

Need to know your other risk factors like diabetes, hypertension, smoking, family history of cardiac disease, obesity to be able to calculate ur overall risk. You definitely require life style changes
