Hi Deepika thanq for ur question,. Well here u didn't mentioned have u gone through the same complains I e hypertension in ur first pregnancy?? Since wen it is diganosed ? And since wen u r on medication for the same.. Considering ur worry I can suggest u smtg.. C we will call it as pregnancy induced hypertension, becz of increased pressure during the phase of pregncy... And most of the time is not permanent soon aft delivery gradually u can stop medications.. Coming to the complication: if u avoid medicines this time becz of increased BP ur amniotic fluid amount may reduced.. U may get IUD unknowingly... It will going to alter/ affect ur womb/ unborn baby... U may get episodes of syncope and fits anything...so don't worry ABT all.. It's manageable ... Be cool.. If ur BP is controlled on medications now..better continue it till delivery very... Hope it's helpful for u.. With regards...
