Has been a high BP patient from last 4 years . Recommended medicines Prolomet XL 12.5 & Olmesar H 20 on daily basis. Last night the patient was feeling weak and Dizzy. Still the patient is feeling low energy levels.

Olmesar H tablet can sometimes cause electrolyte imbalance in old age.. Check serum electrolyte level.. Check BP, get a Cardiologist review..
