Sir my father had high bp problem for the past 16 years and he is under medication. He is very sensitive and worry for small things and few months ago he consulted a cardiologist for low heart rate and he is under aspirin then doctor gave him ecosprin tab after that his bp is increased on last check up on june 2018 his bp is 200/110. What will we do to maintain his bp what is his problem. Please say whom we want to consult for this problem?

200/110 is a bad reading.. It's hypertensive urgency or accelerated hypertension.. He needs to visit a cardiologist immediately bcz he is a heart patient and upon that he got hyperuricemia.. So he needs to avoid few antihypertensive medications that increase uric acid further and decrease the heat rate further.. He needs to be on specific kind of antihypertensives.. Take him to a cardiologist immediately for evaluation and treatment
