My grandmother's head is spinning since quite a few days. Initial suspicion was gastritis, but, it is happening quite frequently, past couple of weeks now. Wanted someone, to please visit home, as she is not in a condition to walk. She is a heart patient, with a history of high blood pressure. Kindly help.
