My blood pressure is not in control. Was under medication for few days but when I stopped taking them. It's again towards the higher side. Have also performed certain tests which showed no symptoms. What should I do?

Hello.. First thing is that you are not suppose to stop anti hypertensives unless medically advised....u need the medications...please consult your physician and restart the medications
