My mother is experiencing high BP of 210/110 and 68 as BPM. She is taking metoprolol 50mg twice a day and minipress xl 5mg twice a day. Upon my personal online research, i found Losartan to be a bit helpful on this, and i would require further assistance in lowering the BP as soon as possible.

Get physical clinical examination /evaluation done by a general physician and get regular monitoring and follow up done to control the blood pressure with exact prescription.may discuss drug option with him. Empirical drugs can harm if taken without clinical evaluation
