Hi I have been diagnosed with high bladder neck .Undergone cystoscopy rgu and uroflowmetry.Doctors said it is by birth and suggested to take alfoo. After a 15-20 days meds i felt bette. Last week i did uroflowmetry test which showed very good results.Thing is I'm getting better flow now but sometimes ( say aprox 3 out of 10 days) i have testicle pain and unable to empty my bladder. I have undergone blood test which shows very low vitamin D and B12 . For that i am taking injections and tablets.I am little worried as medications are helping but not properly , is it usual behavior/symptoms.?How long should i take the medicine as if i opt for surgery there are chances of infertility. I understand medications is just a temporary solution but are the symptoms of pain which i have usual or i should consult further.
