High billirubin level

My mother's billirubin level is 38.82 and issuffering with jaundice from last one month. Medication is gng on but billirubin level is rising.. What should be my next step and plz suggest a gud doctor to consult in aurangabad Maharashtra

Consult Now
Have you done basic ultrasound of the abdomen. If not I suggest you to get it done the first thing which will give an idea about the nature of illness. If already done, please upload the report so that then I can accordingly advice you based on the ultrasound findings.
