High Bilirubin

Hi, In February'21 my routine health checkup indicated I have high bilirubin - total bilirubin - 1.72mg/dl. Consulted physician and took Livopill for 10 days then repeated LFT test with HBsAg. Result came Total Bilirubin - 1.62, direct - 0.63 , indirect - 0.99 rest all was normal. HBsAg - non reactive. Doctor suggested me to take Vitamin E i.e Ensules plus for 1 month with rekool d. Repeated test today. Total bilirubin - 1.79, direct - 0.50 , indirect - 1.29, globulin - 2.2, A/G ratio - 2.2 rest all normal. I sometime feel pain below my right side ways rib cage. I have not eaten any fried foods, any meat or milk items from past 1 month with strict diet. Should I be concern on this, kindly help should I consult specialist now?

Hi Looks like you have a problem called Gilbert Syndrome. I don’t think you need worry much. Rarely it can be blood related problem too . If you want more information. read about this syndrome online or take a consultation
