High ASO titre 600

In October 2021 I had a little pain in my knees for a while but it got better itself but I started having it again for few minutes in December month I had a continuous pain in knee I got admitted till then my both knees spine and elbows shoulders were paining and then I was diagnosed by high aso titre 600 and then I started taking disprin 650 2tablets 3 times and penidure 24 LA in 21 days First was on 31st December and 2nd was on 21st January 2 doses have been When I had my first injection I felt a little better but after 2-3 days it again started paining and now I have pain in every joint from knee to ankle ,heel ,back , spine ,shoulder and now even backside fo neck and it feels like something is stuck in my mouth my doctor said have patience it will get better it will take atleast 3 months to get better . What should I do now ? Cause pain is really increasing day by day.

Hi. Joint pain due to Rheumatic fever usually subsides within a week of starting medication. If you have persistent/ worsening joint pain the diagnosis needs to be reconsidered. You are probably suffering from arthritis.
