I had checked lft recently and the alp value is high its 190 ... and my vit d level was 34.62 and i also have low b12 and am taking tablets for both ... why alp is this much high ... pls answer

ALP is very non specific test and raised in many conditions in body including the benign one even after moderate exercise . So at this value you should not worry if only this is increased. But if all your LFT,s raised then should consult a doctor.
