I have been suffering with hidradentis supurativa for the past 7 years, now it is aggressive. What is permanent treatment for this disease.

Hidradenitis suppurativa is difficult to treat condition though it may be well controlled on oral retinoid treatment. You may need some blood test before starting retinoids
