Hidradenitis suppurativa recurring
Hidradentis Supprative again recurring for my husband. Pictures attached. What can be done? It started in October 2021 and again subsides.

I can see that he has scarring as well as the lesions. He will need combination treatment. First with medicines, then surgery. If you do not want surgery you can observe the improvement after the course of the treatment. Likely eventually you will need some form of procedure
