This is not good and you might further face issues later. Better to get these issues fixed in the initial stage itself.

Excessive masturbation, especially with high frequency, can sometimes lead to temporary sensitivity issues, visible veins, or mild discomfort due to overuse. Giving your body some rest by reducing the frequency can help in natural healing and recovery. Maintaining a healthy lifestyle with proper nutrition, regular exercise, and hydration supports better blood circulation and sexual health. Practicing relaxation techniques, deep breathing, and pelvic floor exercises can also help with premature ejaculation. If discomfort or pain persists, or if concerns about performance continue, consulting a healthcare professional for proper evaluation and guidance is recommended.
