Hello there.
I can understand your concern. tiffa scan is also known as a anomaly scan in which if there are any anomalies it can be detected.
Its done in the second trimester.
Single fetus has a single umbilical cord. What is the need to worry?
You should have attached the reports for us to have a better idea.
Kindly consult your obstetrician in person with reports for further help.
Single umbilical cord is normal. If there is a issue with a single umbilical vessel then its a different issue.
Best regards.
Dr. Anil kumar jain.
