My test suggest 0.5 with 200 degrees . is it severe myopia.how to manage is just glasses enough or cylindrical glasses needed. is 200 degree abnormal.why the optometrician said it iz severe myopia even when the power is only 0.5 pl clarify

Hello A.  This is a very small power B.  It is not possible to have axis at 200 degree as this degree does not exist C.  Kindly share your glasses prescription

Pls post a photo of ur glass prescription so that v can advise u better.  There is nothing like 200 degrees in a glass prescription.
