Hi dr i am having irregular periods from last 10 months from last month i am taking ashokarishta and due to heavy weight to reduse the weight i am taking acv apple cider vinegar from last 15 day my last periods is on 18 june today is 28 june i didn't get my periods due to acv this delay in my periods or any other cause

May be .If you are sexually active then do pregnancy test either by urine or blood.If not then take tablet for withdrawal bleeding.In mean time get done TSH and serum prolactin level to rule out the hypothyroidism.
