I went through Casual STD tests, in that report all came as negative but only HSV-IgG came as positive. Could some please brief me on this, am i still infected with the virus? IgG positive means Herpes infection is there in your body for sometime. HSV 1 IgG positive means oral (kissing etc) and HSV 2 IgG positive spreads through vaginal sex to the partner. get treated with HSV medication and your partner also should take tablets simultaneously.
