Heridetary malar bags and tear trough

I am19yrs.l have sunken eyes.I have also unusual line(crease/teartrough)from the corner of my eye towards upper cheek.Theas create a triangle shaped fluffy area(not eye bags)on my upper cheek bones.My Fathers has the same structure which is in worst condition.I suspected as malar bags.What's the permanent solution of heridetary line & fluffy skin?
