Can I take mucuna prurien (kaunch) , tribulus terrestris (gokshura) , ashwagandha together . I did excessive mastrubation ,and I also used finastride 2% for hairs .my semen is thin yellowish . I am abstaining from mastrubation from 7 months . Any suggestions will be helpful.
