Hepatogamaly with grade 1 fatty liver

Kindly help as how to get rid of this Hepatogamaly with grade 1 fatty liver as detected. I am  not feeling hunger and feel like vomitting all the time. There is muscle fatigue and cramp also.

Reduce body weight and avoid oily and fatty food avoid alcohol(if any) exercise check for any change in stool There are 4 stages of fatty liver Grade 1 is not a huge problem There are few medicines available for fatty liver But lifestyle changes can be life saving .
