Hepatitis b viral load result

My hep b quantitative DNA test value is 189 iu/ml and 2.8 log. Can anyone suggest what should I do next and how to lower this viral load so that I can take a vaccine for it? I will consult with the doctor who will give genuine advice for this only

Isolated DNA load in not useful you will need further tests to determine wether treatment is to be started or not.
