My bilirubin is 5.7 sgpt is 265 sgot 178 i m suffering from jaundice.... i m hepatitis A positive i m very worried ... what can i do now...

Dont get panicky. Get PT/INR done.
Next Steps
If INR is <1.5, monitor SGPT and INR every second day. once SGPT shows downward trend, you need not worry or do any investigations.
Health Tips
If INR is >1.5; immediately contact Hepatologist or gastroenterologist.
