Middle of last week I was in Singapore, I started feeling itching, some pain and irritation on my anal part. It turned out my hemorrhoids started getting bigger. It was triggered when I ate this very spicy food from a restaurant. For several years I'm aware that I have slight hemorrhoids thats why I make sure to control my diet. It has not been a problem for me since it always goes back, until now. Its been a week already of itching and slight bleeding. What do you recommend me do to ease the lump? Currently I'm in Bangalore right now and will fly back tomorrow for PH. Since I'm in India right now, wc is notorious for spicy foods (even when they say its not), I'm expecting this not to ease anytime soon. My diet all week has been either all fruits, beans, veggies and some rice and bread. Next week once I get back to PH I'm planning to book a doctor's appointment. For now, I need to at least consult with an expert even if online.
