I feel a hard think in my rectum but some time it's disappear. No pain no bleeding but I have constipation and pils problem during 4 year. It's very serious problem or not???

There are grades of haemorrhoids ,based on the symptoms it may be grade 2 , consult general surgeon for examination ,based on grades treatment differs
