I have problems in passing stool and general discomfort in sitting as I have some hemorrhoids in my anus which come out. I am using Smuth cream for pain relief and I usually push them back inside for relief. But they come out whenever I go to toilet. Please guide on how to treat them permanently

Hi these are grade 3 internal hemorrhoids and  medicines can be tried to cure / prevent this to go for grade 4 or complications like bleeding.  You need to get evaluated thoroughly with short scopy to know the nature of Piles and if any associated problems.
