Diagnosed with Non radiographic spondyloarthropathy. ( HLAB27 +ve) . On Etoricoxib . But got external hemorrhoids after 1 n half month of Etoricoxib ( 1 month -90 mg & 15 days-60 mg ) . I was prescribed 60 mg for a month but stopped due to hemorrhoids . Using SUCRAL ANO , Sitz Bath, Having Isabgol thrice a day along with Rabeprazole . What to do now . The hemorrhoids area pains at times .

Have to examine to see how severe it is and is there any need for surgery.otherwise the meds u r using would suffice.if pain increases or there is bleeding.better to consult to takeup for surgery.hope this helps
