Had hemorrhoidectomy 10 days ago still having severe pain especially with Bowel Movements and yellow fluid discharges. Already taken antibiotics for 7 days after the surgery.

Keep the anal area clean... Do sitz bath... keep ice over anal area for 15 to 20 mins 2 times daily ...Take tab. Bisacodyl at night times... plenty of water and high fibre diet is recommended... If symptoms doesn't decrease , u can consult general surgeon
