My father is suffering from Grade 2 Internal Hemorrhoids without pain. He takes Lactulose 2 tsp at nighttime and Daflon as and when bleeding occurs and he also uses Ruticool cream. Now, for some days, heavy bleeding occurs daily without pain. He is taking Daflon 1000mg twice daily with Lactulose and Ruticool. The bleeding is not stopping even after taking Daflon. Could you prescribe any other medicine to stop bleeding for time being?

As he is 66 best do 1st colonoscopy, usg abdomen. If both are normal then go for medical treatment. Not neglect with out colonoscopy at that age
