Hemorrhagic cyst

While doing usg and follicular study I found few months back uterine fibroids and few months later paraovarian cyst and today on TVs found hemorrhagic cyst . Both fibroids and paraovarian cyst has gone but now it is showing as hemorrhagic cyst what could be the reasons. Becoz of any infection or hormonal imbalances
